Chap. 125.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 4 of an act incor-
porating the Lynchburg street railway company, approved March
3, 1882.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section four of an act to incorporate the Lynchburg street
railway company, and to make valid the acts of said company
under a charter theretofore granted to it by the circuit judye
of the city of Lyncbburg, approved March three, eighteen
hundred and cighty-two, be amended and re-enacted so as to
read as follows:
§ 4. The capital stock of said company shall not be less
than ten thousand dollars, nor more than one hundred thou-
sand dollars, divided into shares of twenty-five dollars each ;
and each share of stock shall entitle the holder thereof to
to one vote, either in person or by proxy, at any mecting of
the stockholders.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
