Chap. 120.—An ACT declaring Bannister river, in Pittsylvania county,
a lawful fence.

]. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the banks of Bannister river, on both sides, between the
Halitax county line and Clark’s bridye, in the county of' Pitt-
svivania. be and the same is hereby declared a lawful fence
for the county of Pittsylvania.
2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act be
and the same are hereby repealed.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
