Chap. 45.—An ACT to appoint trustees to sell and convey church
property known as the Old Mount Zion church, in the county of
Appomattox. .
Approved April 14, 1882.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Reverand William F. Robbins, William N. Shearer, and Wil-
liam B. Tinsley, be and they are hereby appointed trustees
to sell and convey, with special warranty, the building and
lot of ground known as Old Mount Zion church and lot,
lying in the county of Appomattox, near Stonewall mills,
and apply the proceeds of such sale as directed by the trus-
tees of Trinity Methodist Episcopal church in said county,
and near the same. ,
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
