Chap. 37.—An ACT to empower the Episcopal church, in the town
of Liberty, to hold additional land.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the Episcopal church, of the town of Liberty, be and it
is hereby authorized and empowered to hold, in addition to
the read estate now held by it, four acres of land in the cor-
poration of Liberty, Virginia, for the purpose of building a
colored church and for educational purposes.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
