Chap. 122.—An ACT for the removal of the disabilities of Charles R.
Lee, Warner S. Kerfoot, Conrad Kownslar, and Marshall McCor-
mick.

Approved April 22, 1882.

1. Be it enacted by the gencral assembly (two-thirds of
both houses concurring), That the disabilities of Charles R.
Lee, Warren S. Kerfoot, Conrad Kownslar, and Marshall
McCormick, incurred under clause three of section one of
article three of the constitution of Virginia, with reference
to duelling, be and the same are hereby removed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
