Chap. 67.—An ACT to repeal chapter two hundred and twenty-five of
the Acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-seven-eight, in relation to
working roads and repairing bridges in the county of Buckingham.
Approved February 4, 1882,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
chapter two hundred and twenty-five, Sessions Acts of eigh-
teen hundred and seventy-seven and eighteen hundred and
seventy-eight, entitled an act to provide for working and
repairing the roads and bridges in the county of Bucking-
ham, be and the same is hereby repealed.
2. The provisions of the general road law of the state
shall continue in force in the county of Buckingham.
3. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this are
hereby repealed.
4. This act shall be in force from its passage.
Chap. 67.—An ACT to appropriate $800 for the repair and preserva-
tion of the statue of Henry Clay.
Approved April 21, 1882.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the sum of three hundred dollars, or so much thereof as
may be necessary, be appropriated to be applied, under the
direction of the superintendent of public buildings, to the
repair and preservation of the statue of Henry Clay.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
