Chap. 244.-JOINT RESOLUTION authorizing the board of super-
visore of Surry, to make a special allowance to Judge Arnold for
holding three terms of the County Court of Surry.
Approved March 6, 1882.
Resolved, (the house of delegates concurring), That the
board of supervisors of Surry county, be and they are hereby
authorized to make a special allowance to Judge R. W.
Arnold, of Sussex county, for holding three terms of the
county court of Surry during the sickness of Judge P. P.
atte, the allowance not to exceed twenty-five dollars for any
one term.
