Chap. 192.—An ACT to authorize the stockholders of the Richmond
and West Point Terminul Railway and Warehouse Company, to
change its name to the Richmond, Danville, and Southern Railway
Company.
Approved March 2, 1882,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the stock-
holders of the West Point terminal railway and warehouse
company, by a majority vote at any general, special, or called
mecting are hereby authorized to change tho name of the
said company to that of the Richmend, Danville, and South-
ern railway company. |
_2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
