Chap. 18.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of Pine street Baptist
church, in the city of Richmond, to sell the church property.
Approved January 14, 1882.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the trus-
tees, or their survivors, of Pine street Baptist church, of
Richmond, Virginia, be authorized and empowered to sell and
convey the church property belonging to said church, located
on the northwest corner of Pine and Spring streets in the
city of Richmond, Virginia.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
Chap. 18.—JOINT RESOLUTION vacating the offices of the Visitors
of the Deaf and Dumb and Blind institute, at Staunton, Virginia.
Approved April 7, 1882.
Resolved by the general assembly of Virginia, That all the
offices of all the members of the present board of visitors of
the Deaf and Dumb and Blind institute, at Staunton, Virginia,
shall bo vacated on the first day of April, eighteen hundred
and eighty-two, and their successors shall be appointed by
the governor in the manner now provided by law, for filling
vacancies in said board. All acts and parts of acts in con-
flict with this joint resolution are hereby repeated. This
joint resolution shall be in force from its passage.
