Chap. 174.—An ACT in relation to the sale of certain church property
in the county of Bedford.
Approved February 21, 1882.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
James L. Spencer and Simeon Taylor, a committee appointed
by a quarterly conference of the Virginia conference of the
Wethodist Episcopal church, south, to sell a certain vacant
lot in Bedford county belonging to said conference, be author-
ized and empowered to sell and convey said vacant lot, and
to appropriate the proceeds of such sale in such manner as
the said quarterly conference may direct.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage,
