Chap. 110.—An ACT to authorize the Trustees of Lebanon Church
in the county of Campbell, to sell and convey certain real estate and
invest the proceeds.
Approved February 14, 1882.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
it shall be lawful for the trustees of Lebanon church, belong.
ing to the Methodist protestant church, in the county of
Campbell, to sell the said church and convey the title of the
same to the purchaser or purchasers thereof; the proceeds
of the sale to be applied to the building or repairing a church
near Castle Craig, in said county: provided, however, that
the purchaser, or purchasers, shall not be required to see to
the application of the purchase money paid for (the said
roperty.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
Chap. 110.—An ACT to confirm and make valid the settlement by
agreement bearing date August 27, 1881, made by the board of super-
visors of Page county and the Shenandoah valley railroad company
of the subscription of the said county to the capital stock of the said
company, and to confirm and make valid the sale of the said stock to
E. W. Olark & Co., by the said board of supervisors in pursuance of
the terms of the said settlement.
Approved April 22, 1882.

the settlement by agreement bearing date August twenty-
seven, eighteen hundred and eighty-one, made by the board of
supervisors of Page county and the Shenandoah valley rail-
road company, of the subscription of the said county to the
capital stock of the said company, and the sale of the said stock
to E. W. Clark and company, by the said board of supervi-
sors in pursuance of the terms of the said settlement, be and
the same are confirmed and made valid.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
