of Richmond, and the Union Bank of R ichinond, depositories of pub-
lic moneys.

Be it resolved (the House of Delegates concurring), That
the First National bank of Richmond, and the Union bank
of Richmond, be and they are hereby declared to be deposi-
tories of the moneys to be paid into the public treasury:
provided said banks shall procure the execution of a bond
in the manner, form, and penalty prescribed in section twen-
ty-five, chapter fifty-eight, Code of eighteen hundred and
seventy-three.
