Chap. 297.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of the First English
Lutheran church, of Richmond, Virginia, to borrow money, and
execute déeds of trust to secure the same.

Approved March 14, 1878.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the trustees
of the First English Lutheran church, of Richmond, Virginia,
be and they are hereby authorized to borrow money for the
said churcb, at a rate of interest not to exceed eight per
centum, and to exccute a deed or deeds of trust on any pro-
perty, real or personal, belonging to the said church, to secure
the same.

2. ‘This act shall be in force from its passage.
