Chap. 282.—An ACT to amend and re-enact the act approved March
S31, E875, entitled an net declaring the South fork of North Anna
river, in Spotsylvania county, a lawtal fence,

Approved Mareh 14, 1s78.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the act declaring the south fork of North Anna river, in
Spotsylvania county, a lawful fence, approved March the
thirty-first, cighteen hundred and seventy-five, be amended
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

$1. That the south fork of North Anna rover, separating
the counties of Spotsylvania and Louisa, be and the same is
hereby declared a lawful fence, from its mouth up to the
mouth of Tomahawk creck where it enters into said river,
hereby repealing so much of said act as makes said river a
lawful fence above the mouth of said creek.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
