Chap. 241.—An ACT to amend the second section of an act approved
January 29, 1878, entitled an act to amend section 7 of chapter 157
of the Code of Virginia, so as to fix the place of holding the circuit
court of Henrico county.

Approved March 12, 1878.

1. Be it enacted, That the second section of an act ap-
proved January twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred and seventy-
eight, entitled an act to amend section seven of chapter one
hundred and fifty-seven of the Code of Virginia, so as to fix
the place of holding the circuit court of Henrico county, be
and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows:

§ 2. This act shall be in force ‘from the first of July, eigh-
teen hundred and seventy-eight; and all acts and proceed-
ings of the said court, heretofore or hereafter done and bad
before that time, sball be as valid and binding as though this
act had not been made to be in force from its passage when
first enacted. . :
