Chap. 240.—An ACT fixing the time for holding the county courts of
Lunenburg.

Approved March 12, 1878,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
hereafter the terms of the county court of the county of
Lunenburg shall commence on the second Monday in every
month.

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are
hereby repealed. .

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
