Chap. 167.—An ACT for the relief of Samuel Bailey.
Approved March 7, 1878.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Samuel Bailey, of the county of Halifax, be and he is hereby
released and exonerated from the payment of a judgment
for a fine for the sum of thirty dollars, recovered against
him at the November term, eighteen hundred and seventy-
three, of the county court of said county, upon a prosecution
for a misdemeanor; but the said Samuel Bailey shall not have
the benefit of this act until he has fully paid off and dis-
charged all the costs and expenses attending said judgment.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
