Chap. 165.—An ACT to authorize the vestry of St. Paul’s church, in
the town of Salem, Roanoke county, Virginia, to make sale of cer-
tain property belonging to said church,

Approved March 7, 1878.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the vestry of Saint Pauls Episcopal church, in the town of
Salem, Roanoke county, Virginia, be hereby authorized and
empowered to make sale of the parsonage and lot belonging
thereto, and to convey proper right and title to the pur-
chaser, and apply the proceeds of sale to the liquidation of
the debt now due upon said church; the title to the property
sold to be made by sume one duly authorized by said vestry
to cause same to be made.

2. This act sha!l be in force from its passage.
