Chap. 102.—An ACT to allow the treasurer of the corporation of Win-
chester further time to make his return of his delinquent lists for
eighteen hundred and seventy-six.

Whereas, Levi T. F. Grim, treasurer of the city of Win-
chester, failed to make his return to the auditor of public
accounts of his delinquent and insolvent lists for the year
eighteen hundred and seventy-six within the time prescribed
by law; therefore, |

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That said trea-
surer shall be, und is hereby allowed until the first day of
March, eighteen hundred and seventy eight, to nrake return
of his delinquent and insolvent lists for the year eighteen
hundred and seventy-six; and if made out and certified
according to law by that time, the auditor of public accounts
is hereby authorized to allow the proper credit therefor in
the final settlement of the account of said treasurer.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
