Chap. 10.—JOINT RESOLUTION of the general assembly demand-
ing an immediate report from the clerks of the circuit courts of cer-
tain counties of the matters required of them by section 22, chapter
159, Code of 1878.

Resolved by the senate (the House of Delegates concur-
ring), That the clerk of the House of Delegates be directed
to demand an immediate report from the clerks of the cir-
cuit courts of Dinwiddie, Albemarle, Fluvanna, Madison,
Charles City, Mathews, Rappahannock, Alexandria, Freder-
ick, and Grayson counties of the matters required of them
by section twenty-two, chapter one hundred and fifty-nine,
Code of eightean hundred and seventy-three, and that the
clerk of the House of Delegates communicate to the general
assembly such reports so soon as received.
