peake and Ohio failroad.

Resolved (the House cf Delegates concurring), That the
attorney-general be instracted to ask the court having under
consideration the cause looking to a sale of the Chesapeake
and Ohio railroad, to suspend action therein until the gen-
eral assembly can investigate the matter with a view to pro-
tect the state’s interest in said railroad, if need be.
