Chap. 83.—An ACT for the relief of P. G. Coghlan and others.
Approved February 13, 1877.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia (two-
thirds of both Houses concurring), That the disabilities of P.
G. Coghlan, John B. Donovan, John R. Moss and James
Barron Hope, incurred under clause three, section one, article
three of the constitution of Virginia, with reference to duel-
ling, be, and the same are hereby, removed.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
