Chap. 46.—An ACT forthe removal of the disabilities of James Barbour,
of Culpeper, and others.

1, Be it enacted by the general assembly (two-thirds of
each House concurring), That James Barbour, of Culpeper;
Alexander D. Payne and John S. Mosby, of Fauquier; Wil-
liam L. Royall, William R. Trigg, John S. Meredith, W. Page
McCarty and J.S. D. Cullen, of Richmond city; John J. Wise
aod Frederick C. A. Kellam, Jr., of Accomac; J. A. H. St.
Andrew, of Prince Edward; E. C. Venable, of Petersburg, and
E.M. Lowe, of Fairfax, be, and they are hereby, relieved of
all disabilities incurred under section third of article third of
the constitation of the state.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
