Chap. 356.—An ACT for the relief of D. B. Wood..
Approved April 4, 1877.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
D. Wood, of the county of Halifax, be and is hereby released
and exonerated from the payment of a judgment, upon a for-
feited recognizance, for the sum,.of three hundred dollars,
rendered in the county court of said county, as surety for 4
certain Morgan Hancock. But the said D. B. Wood shall not
have the benefit of this act until he has fully paid off and
discharged all the costs and expenses attending said judg-
ment.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
