Chap. 350.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Prince
William county, in their discretion, to release Crawford Cushing, W.
E. Gvodwin, and W. W. Kincheloe, sureties, from the payment of
delinquent township taxes, after all township dues are paid.
Approved April 4, 1877."
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the board
of supervisors of the county of Prince William be, and they
are hereby authorized and empowered to release, in their
discretion, Crawford Cushing and William E. Goodwin, sure-
ties of Thomas P. Hereford, late collector of Gainsville town-
ship, from the discharge of so much of a judgment, obtained
against them in the county court of Prince William, for the
sum of two hundred and forty-six dollars, and interest, for
delinquent township dues, as shall remain after all claims
against said township shall have been discharged; and also,
in their discretion, to release W. W. Kincheloe and W. E.
Goodwin, sureties of John T. Goodwin, late collector of
Brentsville township, from the payment of so much of the
sum of one hundred and sixty-four dollars, due for delinquent
township taxes, as shall remain after all claims against said
township sball have been discharged.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
