Chap. 330.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act to prescribe the
times for holding the courts of the fourth judicial circuit, approved
March twenty-fifth, eighteen hundred and seventy-five.

Approved April 4, 1877.

1. Be it enacted by the genera] assembly of Virginia, That
section four of chapter one hundred and thirty-four of the
Acts of Assembly of eighteen hundred and seventy-four, as
amended by an act entitled an act to prescribe the times for
holding the courts of the fourth judicial. circuit, approved
March twenty-fifth, eighteen hundred and seventy-five, be
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 4. Pittsylvania—February fifth and first Monday in Au-

ust. .
Halifax—March fifth and October first.
Henry—June eighteenth and October eighteenth.
Patrick-—April hrst.and November first.
Franklin—April twelit}~qnd November twelfth.
Danville—May first and November twenty-sixth.
2. This act shall be in force trom\its passage.
