Chap. 324.—JOINT RESOLUTION authorizing the board of public
works to take proper steps to protect the interest of the state in the
Atlantic, Mississippi and Ohio railroad.

Approved April 4, 1877.

Resolved (the House of Delegates concurring), That the
board of public works be authorized and requested to watch
the proceedings in the United States court against the At-
lantic, Mississippi and Ohio railroad, and to take all proper
steps to protect the interest of the state in that road.
