Chap. 309.—An ACT to anthorize the Board of Supervisors of Alex-
andria county to increase the salary of the county judge of Alexan-
dria county.

Approved April 2, 1577.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the board
of supervisors of Alexandria county be and they are hereby
authorized to increase the salary of the county judge of said
county to a sum not exceeding five hundred dollars per an-
num; provided that any sum in addition to the salary now
allowed by law to said judge shall be paid by the county of
Alexandria out of the county levy.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
