Chap. 305.—An ACT for the relief of George Ben Johnston, of Wash-
ington county.
Approved April 2, 1877.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That George
Ben Johnston be, and he is hereby relieved from the pay-
ment of a fine of thirty dollars assessed against him by the
county court of Washington county, at the July term, eigh-
teen bundred and seventy-four, for playing at cards.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
