Chap. 284.—An ACT to provide for the payment of claims due by the
state on account of the construction of the Covington and Ohio and
Blue Ridge railroads.
Approved April 2, 1877.
1. Beit enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public accounts is hereby authorized and required to issue
his warrants on the treasury, payable out of any money
therein not otherwise appropriated, in favor of Joseph Foster,
or his legal representatives, for the sum of thirty-three dol-
lars and seventy-two cents; to H. B. Foster, or his legal rep-
resentatives, for the sum of thirty dollars and sixty-six cents.
2. That the second auditor is hereby required and autho-
rized to issue a certificate in accordance with the provisions
of section three, chapter forty-two, of the Code of eighteen
hundred and seventy-three, so far as the same may be appli-
cable, to Joseph Foster, or his legal representatives, for the
sum of sixteen dollars and eighty-six cents; to H. B. Foster,
or his legal representatives, for the sum of fifteen dollars and
sixty-six cents; all of said certificates bearing interest from
the passage of this oct; these being the amounts due said
persons for supplies furnished and for work done in the con-
struction of the Covington and Ohio and Blue Ridge railroads.
_ 3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
