Chap. 247.—An ACT to authorize the secretary of the commonwealth
to furnish the clerks of the county courts of Accomack, Northumber-
land, Westmoreland, King George, Stafford, Prince William, Fair-
fax, Alexandria, Middlesex, Mathews, Gloucester, and Loudoun, with
copies of the map returned by the commissioners to arbitrate the boun-
dary line betwecn Virginia and Maryland.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the secretary of the commonwealth be, and he is hereby au-
thorized and directed to have printed one hundred photo-
lithograph copies of the map returned by the commissioners
to arbitrate the boundary line between the states of Mary-
land and Virginia, showing the true boundary line between
said states; and when so printed or made out, the said secre-
tary sball furnish each of the clerks of the county courts of
Accomack, Northumberland, Westmoreland, King George,
Stafford, Prince William, Fairfax, Alexandria, Middlesex,
Mathews, Gloucester, and Loudoun, with duplicate copies of
the same, to be preserved by said clerks in their respective
offices.
2. To defray the cost and expense of printing said maps,
the auditor of public accounts is hereby authorized and di-
rected to issue bis warrant on the treasury for the sum of two
bundred dollars, to be paid out of any money in the treasury
not otherwise appropriated.
3. This act shall be in force from and after its passage.
