Chap. 181.—An ACT authorizing the boards of supervisors of the
counties of Elizabeth City and Warwick to increase the pay of the
judge of the county court of said counties.

Approved March 13, 1877.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the boards
of supervisors for the counties of Elizabeth Oity and War-
wick be and they are hereby authorized, at their discretion,
respectively, to increase the present compensation of the
judge of their county courts in an amount not exceeding five
hundred dollars in the county of Elizabeth City, and two
hundred dollars in the eounty of Warwick, to be paid out of
the county levy of each of said counties.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
