Chap. 134.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of the Manchester Bap-
tist church, at Manchester, Virginia, to borrow money.

Approved March 8, 1877.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the trustees
of the Manchester Baptist church (white), at Manchester,
Virginia, be, and they are hereby authorized to borrow, from
time to time, a sum or sums of money, not to exceed in the
aggregate the sum of two thousand dollars, and at a rate of
interest not to exceed ten per centum per annum; that for
the said sum or sums of money, the said trustees are author-
ized to issue bonds, and secure the same by a deed of trust
upon the church property, real and personal.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
