Chap. 103.—An ACT to compensate B. M. Angle for the capture of
an escaped penitentiary convict.

-1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditer
of public accounts be directed to issue his warrant on the
treasurer, to be paid out of any money in the treasury not
otherwise appropriated, for the sum of fifty dollars, in favor
of B. M. Angle, for the capture of Andrew Gill, an escaped
convict, from the penitentiary.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
