1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That Elizabeth
M. Barker be, and she is hereby, released from the payment
of a fine of thirty dollars, and the costs assessed against her
in the county court of Lee county, on an indictment for re~-
tailing ardent spirits witkout license.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
