Chap. 87.—An ACT Declaring a Portion of Chappawamsic Creek a
Lawful Fence.

Approved March 6, 1874.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
‘happawamaic creek, lying between the counties of Stafford
nd Prince William, be, and the same is hereby declared a
awful fence from its mouth to one hundred yards above its
avigable point.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
