Chap. 65.—An ACT to repeal Chapter 89 of Acts of Assembly, Session
of 1872-78, Entitled an Act to Authorize the Board of Supervisors
for Wythe County, to Contract for Keeping in Repair Certain Public
Roads in said County.

Approved February 28, 1874.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That chapter
eighty-nine of the Acts of Assembly of eighteen hundred
and seventy-two-seventy-three, entitled an act to authorize
the board of supervisors for Wythe county to contract for
keeping in repair certain public roads in said county, be and
the same is hereby repealed.

2. Any contract that may have been entered into, between
the said board of supervisors and any person, for keeping in
repair said roads, or any of them, shall not be interfered with
by this act, but the same shall continue and remain in force
until it shall have expired by the terms of said contract.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
