Chap. 331.—An ACT to amend an Act entitled an Act to amend the
Charter of the Town of Scottsville, Approved March 29, 1871.

Approved April 80, 1874.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Charter of
section six of an act entitled an act to amend the charter of of Scottavi
the town of Scottsville, approved March twenty-ninth, eigh-
teen hundred and seventy-one, be amended and re-enacted so
as to read as follows: °

Ҥ 6. And be it further enacted, That the said corporation Town of &
of Scottsville shall be entitled to all the privileges, ben- yecnues

efits, powers and immunities granted by the several acts of powers and
the general assembly of Virginia for the government of towns other town:
