That the citizens of Westmoreland county shall be ontitled ¢
to the same privileges to fish in the waters of the Potomac =
river which are extended to the adjacent county of North- ¢
umberland, under section five, chapter one hundred of the
Code of Virginia, for the year eighteen hundred and seventy-
three.
