“Chap. 319.—JOINT RESOLUTION extending the Privilege of Taking
Fish to the Land-owners of Lancaster and other Counties.

1. Resolved by the house of delegates, (the senate concur-
ring,) That the land-owners of Lancaster and otber ‘counties,
shall be entitled to the same privilege to fish in the waters
contiguous thereto, as is enjoyed by the citizens of Accomac
and Northumberland, under section fifth, chapter one hun-
dred, of the Code of Virginia, of the year eighteen hundred
and seventy-three. .
