Chap. 279.—An ACT to Appropriate the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
to the Richmond Howitzers.

Approved April 29, 1874.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public accounts be and he is hereby authorized to issue
his warrant on the treasury for the sum of five hundred dol-
lara, payable out of any money not otherwise appropriated,
for the purpose of constructing a building to take care of the
guns of the state now used by the Richmond Howitzers.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
