Chap. 261.—An ACT for the relief of Warner Eubank, Guardian of
John S. Eubank, of Lancaster.
Approved April 28, 1874.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public accounts be and he is hereby directed to pay out
of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to
Warner Eubank, guardian of John S. Eubank, of Lancas-
ter county, the sum of fifty-two dollars and thirty-four cents;
that being the amount paid by him for excess of taxes on
real estate of John S. Hubank, in consequence of improper
surveys of said estate.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
