Chap. 254.—An ACT to provide an increase of the County and District
School Funds of Bland and Prince William counties.

amount not exceeding thirty cents on a hundred dollars of
the taxable property of said county; which tax, if approved
® by three-fifths of those voting upon said proposition, which
three-fifths shall include a majority of the votes cast by the
freeholders at such election; and if said tax shall be voted,
no additional tax shall be levied for county school purposes.
And at any election held under this section, a separate ballot
box shall be provided for the vote on the proposition afore.
