Chap. 254.—An ACT to provide an increase of the County and District
School Funds of Bland and Prince William counties.

Bland and 1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the county

amount not exceeding thirty cents on a hundred dollars of
the taxable property of said county; which tax, if approved
® by three-fifths of those voting upon said proposition, which
three-fifths shall include a majority of the votes cast by the
freeholders at such election; and if said tax shall be voted,
no additional tax shall be levied for county school purposes.
And at any election held under this section, a separate ballot
box shall be provided for the vote on the proposition afore.

said proposition, are cast by freeholders, and whether three-
fifths of the votes cast, were cast for said proposition.
