Chap. 20.—An ACT to Repeal an Act Declaring a Portion of Smith's
Creek and Cohoon’s Creek a Lawful Fence, approved 8th March,
1878.

Approved February 2, 1874.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
she act declaring a portion of Smith’s creek and Cohoon’s
‘reek, in the county of Nansemond, a lawful fence, approved
sighth of March, eighteen hundred and seventy-three, be,
und the same is hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
