the Terms of the Circuit Courts.

Approved April 15, 1874.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly
three of an act to prescribe the times for hol
of the circuit courts of this commonwealth, ar
fifteenth section of the one hundred and fifty-
the Code of eighteen hundred and seventy-thr
and re-enacted so as to read as.follows:

“§ 3. Charlotte—On the twenty-fifth of Fet
fifth of May, and seventh of October.

Prince Edward—On the fifteenth of Febru:
May, and twenty-fifth of September.

Powhatan—On the fifth of March, fifth o
teenth of October.

Amelia—On the tenth of March, tenth of J
tieth of October.

Buckingham—On the twenty-fifth of Marc
June, and first of November.

Cumberland—On the fifth of April, twenty-
and tenth of November.

Lunenburg—On the fifteenth of April, fifth
and twentieth of November.

Mecklenburg—On the twentyefifth of April
tember, and first of December.”
