Mayo, Jr., Treasurer of the Commonwealth, and Declaring said Office
Vacant.

Whereas Joseph Mayo, Jr., treasurer of the commonwealth,
has been adjudged and declared insane by a legally consti-
tuted commission of justices, and is therefore incapable and
incompetent to discharge the duties of said office; therefore,

Resolved by the general assembly, That Joseph Mayo, Jr.,
treasurer of the commonwealth being insane, and consequently
incapable and incompetent to the discharge of the duties of
said office, be removed therefrom and said office declared
vacant.
