Chap. 154.—An ACT to Prescribe the pay of Road Commissioners in
Nelson County, for 1874, 1875 and 1876.

1. Be it enacted bY the general assembly, That each road c
ommissioner in Nelson county, shall, for eighteen hundred °
nd seventy-four, eighteen hundred and seventy-five and »
ighteen hundred and seventy-six, receive for his services in *
ltering or establishing a road or landing, or performing such
ther duties as may be imposed upon him, for which no com-
ensation is provided, two dollars for each day he is neces-
arily at such Jabor, to be paid by the township, but not to
xeood, fifty dollars in any one of said years; and at the dis-

cretion of the township authorities of said county, this se
