Chap. 128.—An ACT to Provide for the Payment of Certain Claims
for Printing and Binding the new Edition of the Code.

Approved March 24, 1874.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That to comply
with the contract made by the superintendent of public
printing, as authorized by the act to provide for the publi-
cation of the new edition of the Code of Virginia, in force
March twenty-fifth, eighteen hundred and seventy-three, the
sum of six thousand eight hundred dollars shall be, and the
same is hereby appropriated, to be paid upon the warrant of
the auditor of public accounts: provided, that the claims for
printing and binding the same remaining unpaid shall be cer-
tified by the secretary of the commonwealth, as required by

aw.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
