Chap. 117.—An ACT Repealing so much of the Act in force December
28, 1871, entitled an Act to Provide for the Protection of Fish in the
Waters of New River and its Tributaries, as applics to that portion of
New River above the Point where the Dividing Line between the
Counties of Carroll and Grayson crosses said River.
Approved March 16, 1874.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the act in
force December twenty-eight, eighteen hundred and seventy-
one, entitled an act to provide for the protection of fish in
the waters of New river and its tributaries, so far as it ap-
plies to that portion of New river above the point where the
dividing line between the counties of Carroll and Grayson
crosses said river, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
