Resolved (the house of delegates concurring), That the
judges of the supreme court of appeals be respectfully re.
quested to state to the general assembly whether, in thei
opinion, the exigencies of the public judicial business requir«
2 continuance of the special court of appeals after its expi.
ration in February, 1874; and,.if so, to make such sugges
tions to the general assembly as they may deem of import.
